Forespar UTR Composite Fitting: The UTR combines an internal trip line system with the convenience of an automatic jaw latch that can be locked-open and then automatically engaged once the pole is set. The UTR300 and UTR350 models also include a small "Trigger Ball" on the end which allows you to click the jaw open at the end without going to the other side of the pole. As soon as the jaw is pushed onto a mast ring or sheet, the latch is automatically engaged.

We produce high performance carbon poles for racing and cruising boats. Weight reductions over similar aluminum poles are typically 50% or better.

Please specify the pole length when ordering:
The length of the spinnaker pole is determined by the yachts "J" measurement. This is roughly the straight line distance from the front of the mast at deck level to the headstay. The "J" measurement is available from your sailplan, or contact us and we will be able to assist you in determing the proper length.
